I have over 15 years of direct relationship counseling experience which specific in-depth training to ensure I know what I’m doing. As a fully Certified Emotionally Focused practitioner, I’m weaving in some of the most research sound approaches to healing relationships that have become disconnected and broken.
Through my intentional and personalized Immersions, we get straight to work and get to the core of your distress. Within the first hours of us meeting, I can nearly guarentee you will feel the support you’ve been craving. Why?
Because I don’t get distracted by content and I’m immensely artful in how I get to the heart of it all. It’s through the heart we will find your connection and most often couples caught in distress need help navigating through the layers of protection so they can feel safe again.
It’s hard work. But also fulfilling.
I require that you show up and do some prep before you arrive.
I ask you do take accountability and ownership.
And I will challenge you, confronting parts that not of service to your own self and the relationship.
